About Us

The company has cooperated with Shanghai Research Institute of Glass and Enamel Industries (Since Merged to Eastern China University) and other universities and research institutes in developing new silica products and new technology since 1983.  The company involved the refractory technical programs in the 8^th and 9^th National Five-Year Plan. 

The superdutysilica bricks have gained the National Awards of Science and Technology Development issued by the National Scientific Commission and the Light Industry Ministry.  National Commission of Economy and Trade awarded the national innovative product status to the honeycomb silica bricks and silica insulation bricks.  The superdutysilica bricks and BG-96 silica bricks were awarded the best products during the national quality testing by the National Technology Control Bureau. 

The company has been carrying out ISO9001: 2000 standard management system.   With advanced production technology, scientific management system, high level testing equipments, high quality raw materials, detailed production process, and stabilized quality control, the products of Zhaoshan Silica Refractories Co. have been received a very good evaluation from home and abroad and gained a very high use rate in the domestic silica refractory market.
