Production Process Flow


1. During component welding operations, the workpiece must be maintained in a horizontal position, rotate smoothly without vibration, and be heated uniformly.
  2. For most quartz products, welding technology is the key factor determining machining precision.
3. When processing quartz products, larger dimensions increase welding difficulty. Higher precision requirements make the manufacturing process more challenging.

Leveraging programmable technology and extensive foundational data, precise annealing temperature points and temperature curves are set for different products, ensuring batch stability.
